Thereafter the price for the apartment will be fixed (it cannot be changed).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If the prepayment value is not received within two bank days, the reservation will be cancelled.&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and refunds<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If the booking is cancelled until 30 days before arrival, the prepayment value will be refunded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If the booking is cancelled in the 30 days before arrival, the prepayment value will not be refunded.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attention!<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Some of our apartments are available in <strong><em>childfree format<\/em><\/strong>. Therefore, if you are travelling with children, you may only stay on the first floor in apartments \u2116\u21161, 2, 3, 4.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Staying at our apartments with small pets (up to 3 kg) should be discussed and approved during the booking process and should always be announced beforehand.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We do not provide installation of extra beds in the apartments. The number of guests should not exceed the number of beds in each apartment.
