“Two bedroom” apartment (47 m2)
Kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, dining table); 2 bedrooms (in each there is a double bed or 2 single beds, wardrobe, cabinet, bedside tables, TV); 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer); private terrace (table, chairs, drying rack).
“Deluxe” apartment (55 m2)
Kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, kitchenware, dining table, sofa, TV); bedroom-living room: bedroom area (double bed, wardrobe, cabinet, bedside tables, TV), living room area (sofa, coffee table); bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer); private terrace (table, chairs, drying rack).
The price includes:
- Accommodation
- Parking with video surveillance
- Use of property facilities

- Cosmetics and toilet paper
- High-speed Wi-Fi in apartments and around the property
- Satellite TV
- Baggage storage
- Room cleaning — once every 3 days
- Exchange of towels (3 per person) — once every 3 days
- Exchange of linens — once every 5-7 days
- Resort fee
Heating, water and power supply are completely independent and constantly available.
We can adjust the room temperature during the winter periods.
